<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Use this field to enter or change the name for the scenario (in the Navigator via the context menu - Properties).</help:help-text> Use a clear, unique name so that you are able to identify the scenario anytime, as scenarios are selected (and edited) by means of the name that appears on the sheet tabs at the bottom of the window or in the Navigator.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Use this field to modify the existing information or to enter additional information about the scenario (in the Navigator via the context menu - Properties...). This information will be displayed in the <help:link Id="66782">Navigator</help:link> when you click the <span class="T1">Scenarios</span> icon and select the desired scenario.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Head2">Settings</p>
<p class="Paragraph">This section is used to define some of the settings used in the scenario display.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Check this box if you want to highlight the scenario in your table with a border. The color for the border is specify in the combo box below this check box.</help:help-text> The border will have a title bar displaying the name of the last scenario. The button on the right offers you an overview of all the scenarios in this area, if several have been defined. You can choose any of the scenarios from this list without restrictions..</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">If this check box has been activated <text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/>the data will first of all be copied back into the active scenario if one has been selected from the list. <text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/>Afterwards, you can edit the data for each scenario directly in the sheet.</help:help-text> If this option has not been selected together with <span class="T1">Display border in</span> you will not be able to see scenarios in the sheet. In this case, the Navigator will help you. Click the <span class="T1">Scenarios</span> button located in the Navigator to show and then select one of the defined scenarios for this sheet.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select this check box if the entire sheet is to be copied into an additional scenario sheet. </help:help-text></p>
